. Exchange:

-For items purchased online:

  • For Clients in Bahrain, exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.
  • For international Clients, exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.

-To be eligible for an exchange-Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
